That's because the Best Served team is made up of people from the Nordic region, so when we set out to design the very best holidays to these regions, we know what to include and how to combine these elements into itineraries that are both practical and exciting. We aim to provide experienced and independent travellers with experiences that are authentic, and a little bit special and different. All our holidays can be tailored to deliver the precise mix of destinations and experiences required. So the starting point is for you to contact us and tell us what you want to do, so we can start to design that special holiday experience for you.
Group and Incentive Travel
Many of the holidays featured on this website are ideal ways to get your friends or colleagues together to try something different. These new and sometimes crazy adventures are great when enjoyed with a group.

Air Travel
The majority of holidays on this website are based on the scheduled airline services of Finnair, Scandinavian Airlines, Icelandair, Air Baltic, Estonian Air and Sterling Airways.
Bookings and Prices
Our experienced staff will be pleased to help plan your itinerary if you can't find what you are looking for on our site. A quotation will be provided for your travel arrangements upon receipt of the booking form or your instructions. Should prices or services have changed to those published, you will have the option to accept or cancel your booking request. However, once accepted (written or verbal) we will provide you with our confirmation invoice. Prices are then only subject to surcharge under specific conditions. Please refer to the booking conditions.
Accommodation Choices
All the hotels featured on this website have been chosen for their location, atmosphere and service.
Whilst many are modern, full service hotels we have also included several smaller, homely hotels in more remote areas that do not always offer the wide range of facilities and services available in an equivalent city hotel, such as laundry or room service. As an alternative to hotel accommodation, you may opt to stay in a cosy, rustic cottage or log cabin.
And finally, for something truly different, why not spend the night in an igloo or ice suite at the one of the famous Ice Hotels we offer.
