Ever wanted to try out your driving skills on ice in high performance car? Why not try a once in a lifetime experience rallying around a frozen lake.
Arjeplog in Swedish Lapland is the car testing capital of the world where many car manufacturers test their cars on frozen lakes, including Porsche. The area is not only known for car testing but also for majestic landscapes and vast wilderness which makes Arjeplog the perfect destination for an activity packed break. Snowy mountains and wintery landscapes are yours to explore on your very own snowmobile or drive your own husky team on snow tracks. After a day of action relax in a hot tub under the Northern Lights. Adrenaline filled days require lots of energy and there is no better way to treat your taste buds than with local delicacies – not forgetting vodka of course!

Please note: This itinerary is based on minimum of 10 passengers. The tour is available for smaller groups; price is subject to change. The tour can be extended either in Arjeplog or Stockholm. All group travel is handled as tailor made requests.
ITINERARY
Day 1
Fly with SAS to Arvidsjaur via Stockholm.
After arrival to Arvidsjaur airport, we equip ourselves with pre-ordered thermal clothing and set off for a spectacular snowmobile safari in Swedish Lapland. Each guest drives their own snowmobile through scenic snowy forests and magnificent mountains. On the way to the hotel we stop off for a coffee by a crackling log camp fire. The luggage will be transported safely and securely to the hotel.
Check in at Laponia Hotel and enjoy a relaxed three-course dinner. Afterwards, you can choose to soak in the hot tubs, hopefully under the astonishing Northern Lights!
Day 2
After breakfast we have a bus transfer through the deep forests of Arvidsjaur and to the lakes and the mountains of Arjeplog.
The group will spend the whole day on the ice, testing cars and improve their skills in extreme driving conditions. The driving event initially starts using Audis and after an introduction to the car and body system they will now be able to enjoy the course. The group will experience how brakes and manoeuvres work on extreme but realistic conditions on ice. The instructors are professionals and have a wealth of experience in testing cars for the automobile industry. Lunch is served in a traditional wooden teepee.
After lunch the Porsches will arrive. It is time for a spin in the Porsches for the ultimate high performance car experience.
The group initially drives two exhilarating laps on the handling course with the Porsche Carreras. The culmination will take place when you encounter the ride of your life with 4 laps as a passenger in a two seated Porsche GT3RS; the car is piloted by one of the Swedish ice rally champions.
Take a relaxing bus transfer back to Hotel Laponia and enjoy delicious three course dinner in the restaurant.
Day 3
Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel.
Before the bus journey and the departure from the airport we have time for souvenir shopping or even taking a trip to a local Porsche dealer to place your order!
Fly home via Stockholm with SAS scheduled flights.
