Hotel, Activity and Local Information
Fosshótels or similar are simple 2- or 3-star tourist class hotels. Some of the hotels are used as boarding schools or student accommodation during the wintertime. For rooms without private facilities, we also use guesthouse accommodation such as Inns of Iceland. All rooms are either double/twin or single. Triple rooms are normally double rooms with one extra bed, and therefore only recommended for 2 adults + 1 child.
