Please find below details on our new Ash Policy.
We are now able to give you peace of mind that if you book with Best Served Scandinavia, we will guarantee to reschedule your holiday if you are unable to travel due to Ash flight restrictions. We will also take care of you if you are away and your return flight is delayed.
There are a few conditions that apply:
Pre Departure
If your outbound flight is cancelled, you may amend to an alternative holiday/flight without incurring our amendment fees. Any offers on your current booking that are no longer valid it will not be possible to roll over to the new reservation.
If the alternative holiday is cheaper than the original, then the difference in price will be refunded. Should the price increase then the new higher price will be passed on to the customer. If we are unable to secure an alternative holiday/flight then a refund may be offered.
Post Departure
Should your return flight be cancelled, in the event that the airline is a non EU carrier and/or your travel insurance will not cover you, on agreement with us or our suppliers, we will provide you with reasonable (3-star or equivalent) accommodation and meals until alternative arrangements are made for their return.
This only applies to holidays that are flight and accommodation inclusive.
