Häringe Castle is the perfect setting for a romantic summer wedding. A home of the kings of Swedish, Häringe has over one thousand years of history. The modern house was built in the first half of the 17th century, since when it has passed through the hands of a succession of interesting owners. It is also said to be the most haunted castle in Sweden, and to be occupied by several friendly ghosts.
Start your stay in a five star hotel in Stockholm. The paper work for your wedding is finalised at the local tax office with the help of Bi Dahlborg. She will accompany you and make the visit run as smoothly as possible. The same evening you will be transferred to Häringe Castle which is just half an hour drive from Stockholm. The wedding ceremony can take place anywhere in the castle. Choose a ceremony in the park, pier or Orangery. You can even sail through the archipelago and have the captain marry you on the boat out on the sea! Bi is a talented musician and can provide music to your ceremony. The wedding night is spent in one of castle’s suites. The following day you can relax in the castle.
Price is based on 2 adults travelling and includes return flights, 1 night at First Hotel Reisen, accompanied visit to local tax office and help with paper work, transfer to Häringe Castle, 3 nights at Häringe Castle, of which the wedding night is in a suite, wedding ceremony in the castle premises, 4 breakfasts, 3 dinners of which 1 is wedding dinner and transfer back to the airport.

ITINERARY
Day 1
Fly with SAS to Stockholm and check in to luxurious First Hotel Reisen in the Old Town. Evening is free to explore the Swedish capital. We recommend taking a dinner cruise around Stockholm.
Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel.
Today you will visit the local tax office to finalise the paperwork. You will be accompanied by Bi who will meet you at the hotel. You have a chance to discuss tomorrow’s ceremony with Bi as she will conduct the ceremony.
Afternoon transfer to Häringe Castle and check in and dinner at the hotel.
Day 3
Today is your big day!
The wedding ceremony can take place anywhere in the castle premises; in the park or Orangery or on the pier.
The wedding dinner will be served in one of the dining rooms. The dance will take place in one of the lounges or outside in the garden.
Your guests can stay in one of the hotel buildings around the castle. The guests of honour can stay in one of the beautiful suites.
Wedding couple spends the wedding night in a suite. The room is decorated with rose petals and candles.
Day 4
You can choose to have the breakfast in your wedding suite. Alternatively you can join the guests for a hearty breakfast buffet.
Your married life will start leisurely. Relax in the castle or book a spa treatment.
Day 5
In the morning it is time to say good bye to Häringe Castle and take a transfer to the airport and fly home.
Alternatively you can start your honeymoon with a stay in one of Stockholm’s swish hotels or extend your stay at Häringe Castle, take a luxurious cruise ship to Helsinki or Tallinn or embark on an activity packed holiday in central Sweden!
