Relax your body and mind
This 4 day holiday is designed to relax your body and mind and at the same time allow you to enjoy the spectacular nature that Iceland has to offer. You will stay in Reykjavik, the northern most capital of the world, as well as one night by the Blue Lagoon. An 'off the road' trip will take you in search of the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis).
The price includes return flights, arrival transfer by Flybus, 2 nights at Hilton Hotel Nordica including breakfast, 1 night at Hotel Northern Light Inn including breakfast, entrance to Nordica spa, Northern Lights Tour (evening coach tour with guide), coach transfer to the Northen Light Inn on day 3, entrance and towel at the Blue lagoon, a relaxing 10 min massage at the Blue lagoon and transfer from Northern Light Inn to Keflavik Airport
Departures from London every day from 1 October 2010 to 30 April 2011 (excluding Christmas and New Year).
Departures from Manchester/Glasgow on Fridays for 3 nights and on Mondays for 4 nights during the same period.
ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival
Fly to Keflavik with a scheduled airline. After arriving in Keflavik transfer to Hotel Nordica. Check in for 2 nights.
Day 2: Northern Lights
Day at leisure for exploring the city of Reykjavík and its many attractions. At the hotel you can visit the Nordica Spa to enjoy a variety of treatments. An evening departure from the hotel for a Northern Lights tour. The locations visited on the tour are different every tour since we go where it’s most likely to see the Northern Lights each day. (weather conditions permitting) before returning to Reykjavík in late evening.
Day 3: Blue Lagoon
Coach transfer to the Blue Lagoon located in the middle of a lava field and renowned for its healing powers. You will be pampered with a relaxing massagein the lagoon itself, based on the unique, active Blue Lagoon ingredients. To make your treatment as effective and enjoyable as possible, allow yourself plenty of time to relax in the lagoon before and after the treatment. Afterwards you can enjoy dinner at the excellent Blue Lagoon restaurant offering a view over the lagoon and its spectacular surroundings. Overnight at the Northern Light Inn, by the Blue Lagoon.
Day 4: Departure
Coach transfer from Northern Light Inn to the international airport. Fly home with a scheduled airline.
Hotel, Activity and Local Information
Hotel Loftleidir
The hotel is located near the domestic airport and is only a 15–20 minute walk to the city centre and has good bus connections to the center of town. Located next to Oskjuhlid area, a popular outdoor area with walking paths and the Pearl, a modern edifice and the best viewing spot in Reykjavik, housing the Historical Museum. The hotel features 220 rooms all equipped with phone, TV and refrigerator (stock-up service available). The restaurant "Lon Restaurant", located on the ground floor. Indoor swimming pool, hair salon, gift shop.

Northern Light Inn is the only hotel near the geothermal Blue Lagoon Spa, located in the majestic lava landscape of Reykjanes Peninsula, Southwest Iceland, directly under the Aurora Borealis geomagnetic green belt. All 32 quiet and spacious rooms have cozy Icelandic down comforters on restful beds, geothermal showers, satellite tv, and direct dial phones.
