To begin your journey to Lapland, you'll fly to Rovaniemi – just on the edge of the Arctic Circle. Upon arrival, a private Mercedes-Benz V-Class will be waiting to whisk you effortlessly to Hidden Arctic Cloud. Meet your dedicated host as you enjoy some festive welcome drinks and settle into the comfort of your private villa.
Whilst settling in, a knock at the door reveals a magical Christmas elf bearing gifts and greetings from Santa, setting the tone for your festive adventure.
Later, indulge your palate with a delicious three-course dinner crafted by your private chef. Tailored to your preferences and dietary needs, the menu showcases the finest local ingredients, offering a true taste of Lapland.

Day 2 » Reindeer farm & decorate Santa's missing tree
Enjoy breakfast catered to your villa before embarking on a day of adventure, starting with a visit to an authentic local reindeer farm for a sleigh ride through a snowy forest followed by hot drinks and lunch in a traditional Lappish hut – a wonderful introduction to the region's Sami culture. After lunch in a local restaurant (payable locally), the magic continues as one of Santa's cheerful elves leads you on a festive quest through the enchanting snow-covered forest in search of the perfect Christmas tree. Once your tree has been found, embrace the spirit of the season as you decorate it together with sparkling ornaments, twinkling lights, and a touch of Christmas magic. This heartwarming experience beautifully captures the wonder of the festive season and creates memories to treasure for years to come.
Return to the villa for dinner, before another chance to experience the dazzling aurora dance above you.

Wake up to a delicious breakfast served in the comfort of your villa before setting off for another unforgettable Arctic adventure. Your day begins with a visit to a traditional husky kennel, where you'll be greeted by a pack of friendly and enthusiastic sled dogs whose excitement is truly infectious. Following a warm introduction, embark on a thrilling husky sleigh ride through the breathtaking winter landscape. Guided by your eager team of huskies, you'll glide along snow-covered trails, surrounded by pristine wilderness and the crisp Arctic air. Children will ride safely in the sleigh accompanied by an adult. Afterwards, enjoy lunch at a charming local restaurant (payable locally).
The magic continues deep within the forest, where one of Lapland's most enchanting secrets awaits. Hidden far from the bustle of everyday life lies Santa's magical Toy Factory, known only to the wisest forest elves. Day 4 » Day at leisure
Awake to a hearty breakfast in your villa. Today is yours to relax, unwind, and enjoy a selection of experiences at your own pace. Included in your stay are two quintessential Lappish activities: scenic snowshoeing and Arctic ice fishing. Wander through pristine snow-covered landscapes, taking in the breathtaking surroundings, before trying your hand at fishing on a frozen lake, a cherished local tradition. Lunch (payable locally) can be enjoyed at a local restaurant, or, if you prefer, we can arrange for it to be privately catered in your villa.
A range of optional experiences can be arranged too at an additional supplement. Explore the local area on a city and nature tour, visit Ounasvaara, or soak up the festive atmosphere of Santa Claus Village. Embrace the Arctic wilderness with a silent e-snowmobile adventure, or invite Mrs Gingerbread and one of Santa's elves to your villa for a delightful gingerbread decorating experience. To cap off a magical day, perhaps enjoy a traditional horse-drawn sleigh ride through the snowy landscape, followed by enchanting bedtime stories told by one of Santa's elves. As the day draws to a close, return to your villa where a delicious dinner awaits. For an extra touch of magic, we can also arrange storytelling and freshly made pancakes around a traditional Lappish bonfire beneath the Arctic sky, a truly memorable way to end your festive escape.
