Stockholm & luxury island camp
Day by day itinerary
Day 1 » UK/Stockholm
Flying out to the Swedish capital, you’ll make your way to your luxurious hotel. All chandeliers and Gustavian architecture, it’s an 18th-century jewel, complete with pancake breakfasts, plush rooms and even a champagne bar. And, with King’s Garden positioned next to the royal park that it takes its name from, you’ll be perfectly positioned to explore, with two days to do so.
Day 2 » Stockholm
Simply walking moments down the street will bring you past the beautifully frescoed opera house, over the Lilla Värtan Strait and into the island-bound Gamla Stan. As the city’s old town, it’s a lesson in medieval architecture, with narrow, flagstone streets leading between grand palaces, intriguing museums and a towering cathedral. But, don’t be fooled, there’s plenty of cutting edge in Stockholm. Don’t miss out on its innovative restaurants and design scene, showcased across studios and art galleries alike.
Day 3 » Archipelago glamping
Leaving Stockholm in a water taxi, you’ll weave between straits and archipelago islets to arrive at your very own uninhabited island. Here, among an old-growth pine forest, you’ll settle into one of just seven luxury tents. Each is delightfully secluded, featuring everything from timber floors and reindeer skins to wood stoves, a private bathroom and panoramic bay windows that overlook the archipelago. In turn, you’ll get your bearings with an island tour, taking in rock-framed swimming spots, its pair of sandy beaches and an old military workshop hidden in a rock shelter. You’ll then have full use of the equipment, exploring further with kayaks and stand-up paddleboards or setting up shop with the fishing rods. At the end of it all, you’ll relax with the wood-fired sauna and accompanying hot tub, enjoying gourmet meals paired with complimentary wines and beers. Additionally, snacks are included throughout, while the evening barbecue is a special highlight.

Day 4 » Depart for UK
Following a final breakfast, the water taxi will bring you back to the mainland where you’ll make your way to the airport for your flight home.
