  • Day 2 » Helsinki

    Enjoy the bulk of this day to explore the city at your own pace. Indulge in shopping or get your cultural dose with the abundance of sights, including the colourful Market Square, the 'church in the rock'  and the Orthodox Uspenski Cathedral, whose golden minarets give Helsinki a distinctive Eastern flavour. In the evening, board the M/S Princess Anastasia and enjoy dinner on board as you make your way across the Baltic Sea to St Petersburg.

  • Days 3-4 » St Petersburg

    Arriving in Russia in the morning, you’ll check into the Sokos Hotel Palace Bridge before embarking on a sightseeing tour to either the Hermitage or the Peter & Paul Fortress. The former, housed in the world-famous Winter Palace, is one of the largest and oldest in the world, with an extraordinary collection of paintings, decorative art and antiquities. Spend the next day touring the myriad palaces, orthodox churches and museums that pepper the city, and perhaps catch a show at the Mikhailovsky Theatre in the evening.
